Can I still train at The Garage if I have/had an injury/medical issue?
The range of training at The Garage is safe for the vast majority of people, and our instructors are trained to design programs for members with different fitness capacities in the same class. Exercises may come with regression and progression to cater to a broader spectrum of members. However, if you have any ailment or injury or are new to our classes, please do voice out at the start of the class. Failure to do so may affect your experience at The Garage. We recommend that you check with your doctor or physio before your first visit to ensure your personal safety. In certain circumstances, we may require a note from your doctor or physio before joining
a class.
Is your trainer certified?
All our trainers are certified by accredited academies or associations.
Do I need to register before class?
Yes, first-timers will require to complete a Par-Q and client agreement form before class. We strongly advise you to arrive 10mins before class time.
Am I allowed to attend class if I am late?
Members are not allowed to join the class if they miss the warm-up and class briefing (approximately 10 minutes). This is to ensure zero training injuries and the safety of the others in the class.

TRIAL AND FIRST TIMER
How do I book for my first trial?
Purchase trial package in app, you may book in a class immediately after.
When does my trial package expire?
Trial package will expire 1 month upon first use.
What class type can I book using my trial?
You may book for any class type with your trial package. However, please do check in which class is suitable for your fitness level under “General” FAQ.
Can I extend my trial package?
There will be no extension given for trial package
MEMBERSHIP
What type of packages do you offer?
We offer the follow class packages:
10 classes package $380 (3 mths validity)
20 classes package $700 (5 mths validity)
30 classes package $900 (7 mths validity)
50 classes package $1400 (9 mths validity)
50 classes package (BW) $1250 (9 months validity)
50 classes package (UT) $1250 (9 months validity)
100 classes package $2500 (12 mths validity for one member and validity varies for sharing option)
Can I suspend my package?
We do not offer pausing of package or package suspension. However, members who are travelling, on long MC or on National Service reservist can extend their expired packages for free. Please email your travel itinerary(with name indicated) or medical memo from registered doctor for us to process your extension.
For expired packages, a 30 days extension is available for $30, payable via paynow to UEN 201704416K. Once paid, you may email us at contact@garagecircuit.com with the screenshot and we will process the extension. Please input “EXTENSION” in the reference box. Expired class credits can also be rolled forward to your new package for free (packages must be the same pricing under the same account and not a sharing package).
Can I share my class package?
Class package sharing is only available for 100 classes package. Limit to one-time share, up to a maximum of 5 persons. Do contact us at contact@garagecircuit.com for more information about how to share the 100 class package.
What is the validity of the 100 shared classes package?
Validity will go according to the number of pax shared as follows;
2 pax (9 months)
3 pax (8 months)
4 pax (7 months)
5 pax (6 months)
How do I book a class?
All bookings take place via The Garage app. You can book your class 7 days to 15 minutes in advance. Please ensure that you have made a booking before you show up for class.
What’s your class cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 60 minutes in advance without any penalty (credits refunded). If you cancel a class less than 60 minutes before the scheduled class time, your credit will not be refunded.
When does my class package activate after buying through the app?
Your package will only be activated after you have book your first class visit. Our system will toggle the expiry date automatically according to the first booking date.
Does the promo code work for all packages?
The promo codes are only applicable for class packages (10,20,30 and 50 class packages). It is not applicable for personal training packages, branch specific 50 class packages and 100 class packages unless specified.
What are your personal training rates?

Where do I find the PT/Class Agreements?
The PT/Class Agreements can be found under Terms and Conditions. The agreements are in effect upon purchase of packages.
