AGE STRONG 4-day COURSE
Introduction to the Gym Floor — A Beginner's Course for Active Older Adults
Overview
Age Strong course is a 4-session educational course designed to give adults 55+ a safe, guided introduction to the gym environment. Whether you've never set foot in a gym before or simply want to understand equipment and movement fundamentals before starting a fitness program, this course gives you the knowledge and confidence to move forward — at your own pace, with no pressure to perform.
This is not a training program. There is no intense exercise involved. Instead, participants will learn how gym equipment works, how to set up and execute movements safely, and what proper form looks and feels like — using minimal to no weight throughout.

This course is designed for adults 55 years and above who:
Are able to move independently, without the use of mobility aids
Are new to the gym, or looking to build a stronger foundation before starting group classes or personal training
