  • Snatch: Achieve a fluid and powerful lift from ground to overhead in one swift motion.

  • Clean & Jerk: Break down the lift into two stages for optimal performance, from ground to shoulder and then overhead.

Kettlebell Technique Workshop (2 hrs)

Perfect the Kettlebell Clean and Snatch

Our Kettlebell Technique Workshop focuses on the clean and snatch, two fundamental movements that, when done correctly, can transform your kettlebell training.

With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science, he combines a solid academic background with hands-on experience, ensuring that participants gain both theoretical insights and practical skills. Additionally, See Wee Jie’s training in Eleiko Weightlifting Level 1 provides him with a strong foundation in barbell lifting techniques, which he shares in a straightforward and supportive manner.
