Irene’s fitness journey began when she was exposed to yoga and ventured into other facets of fitness regimes. She developed a passion for functional strength and conditioning training when she saw results in her own fitness journey. 

She is a firm believer that fitness is a lifestyle and a choice that YOU make.  

Irene’s training will leave you dripping in sweat and inspired through her continuous education in various training methodologies.

Tan Shun De, Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer

Shun De was a competitive dragon boater for 5 years and his love for the sport propel him to coach and groom the next generation competitively as well. His professional coaching and fitness credentials were awarded from the University of Western Australia.

He enjoys training as well as sharing strength training tips with the like-minded. This instills positive mindset and empowers people who are keen to explore their physical capabilities.

When he’s not out in the sun rowing, he can be found pursuing my second love which is food! Whenever time allows, Shun De travels and explores new places for new inspirations.

Andrea Scarpa, Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer

Andrea is a mean machine equipped with CrossFit Level 1 and ACE Instructor certifications under his Chef jacket.

He believes in working hard and playing hard, often casually smashing out 1000 Calories on the assault bike and then enjoying an extra large plate of Oyster Omelette after.

A Lululemon ambassador & Tactical Imports ambassador he was once quoted as saying that the biggest opportunity for growth is when it all hits the fan. By day he is the Group Executive Chef of Da Paolo Group but by moon He'll push you so far past your fitness limits! Join him for one of his classes at The Garage and learn how to pronounce his name proper.

Rendy Dai, Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer

With over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Rendy is committed to help his clients to strive towards their fitness goals.

His approach towards fitness includes healthy and balanced diet coupled with a wide range of exercises, such as circuit training, weights training, kickboxing and strength & conditioning.

He aims to motivate his clients with his personal motto:
