ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Trained in all areas of sports science, James is known in the industry as a jack of all trades and master of one – Sports Nutrition.
In his 9 years of experience, he has had the honor of working with multiple clients and athletes ranging from busy working adults looking to get back in shape to helping professional athletes score podium places.
James also had the privilege to speak at public events at places like Orchid Country Club and Fitness First, and even conducted train-the-trainer workshops with personal trainers from TripleFit, Virgin Active and Fitness First. Most recently, James spoke as a presenter on international platforms at the Annual Expro Fitness Convention.
